  6. be throwing away less fruit & vegetables as you've started using more of them in meals?

The Nation Turns to Breakfast Again..

It seems we in the UK are listening to the healthy eating messages and slowing down a little in the mornings to enjoy breakfast once more. No more breakfasts on the run for us and those dodgy breakfast bars are relegated to the bin or back of the desk drawer!
